If you’ve been listening to me anytime in the last month or so I probably mentioned Twitter.  Well, Twitter was cool, but Jaiku is better.  Same idea, where you can follow people etc., but now I can also aggregate all of my feeds into one.  So instead of following my Flickr feed, my blog feed, etc. etc., now you can just follow one feed and get everything.

I got out on the bike for a little while yesterday.  Not very far, and not very long, but enough to tell that the bike is working and my body is (mostly) working.  Time to ride!

Walked 3.5 miles today. Down the bike trail to downtown then back up Neil Ave.  Longer than I’ve talked in a while and it was kind of tough.

It felt good to get outside and walk around a bit.  Nice day out.

We took a hike at the Clear Creek metro park today.  You’re not supposed to have pets on most of the trails at Clear Creek, but we conveniently missed those signs and took Sam on a 1.75 mile loop around.  It’s a pretty area.  We then stopped by the Hocking Hills Market and had lunch, then poked through the antique mall.

It became a relatively expensive trip after I decided to be a nice guy and help some old woman get a plastic “Mr Peanut” head down from a high shelf and dropped it and broke it.  (I swear that this was a plastic Mr. Peanut head.  And this woman had a plastic Mr. Peanut bank and some other peanut collectible with her).  I paid the $20 for the stupid thing and gave it to the old woman.  Taught me a lesson about trying to help.

Oh well, we had a good time.
