Columbus is looking into constructing a streetcar line that will run up and down High St. How is this different than the existing bus line that runs the entire length of High St.? Why would we spend money on this? Anyone? Really, I’m asking.

Saturday afternoon I’m going up to Alum Creek State Park to hike a 4-mile loop. If you are interested in going let me know and we’ll arrange to get together. Alum Creek is not strenuous (pretty flat). Sam the dog and I will be there, so maybe you will be too!

Sam and I went to Cedar Falls this morning and hiked for 3 miles (towards Old Man’s Cave). It was a gorgeous day and we had a good time. Very muddy. Pictures are up on Flickr.
