Tomorrow my mom will undergo triple bypass surgery to alleviate some blockages around her heart. She felt faint last Thursday and went to the emergency room and they found that she has several blockages , one up to 99% blocked.

We’re all relieved that this was discovered before anything more serious happened. There was no damage to her heart and she will back to normal after she recovers from the surgery.

Surgery is planned for 9 AM and it will take 3 or 4 hours. She will be in the ICU for a couple of days, then in the hospital for a couple of more days. Maybe back home a week from today.

I’ll put updates here tomorrow as I know things.
