We spent the weekend in Rochester, and we had a really great time.  We stayed with Adam and Lorien and we had a lot of fun hanging out with them.  Thanks again to Adam and Lorien and their two great kids for having us for the weekend. 

It was nice to be back in Rochester for a couple of days.  Adam and Lorien were the only people we saw that we knew, which was just fine.  Friday night we had dinner on Park Ave. and went to a drinking establishment down the street for a few cocktails.  Saturday Adam and I took the kids to a farmers market where they had pumpkins for sale and a petting zoo.  We also took a hayride.  Lorien and Holly went shopping.  Later that night we ate some barbecue and ended up at the cafe in the GeVa theatre complex for dessert.

It’s always a little sad to come home, just because I miss those guys and I wish we were closer so we could see each other more often.  But we had fun.
